What is the Online Portal?

The customer Online Portal is designed with you in mind, once logged in using your policy number you’ll be able to view your policy as well as make changes. By managing your policy online, it gives you complete control of your pet’s cover options. You can also chat to our team of vet nurses using our 24 Hour Vet Helpline.

Can’t find your policy number?

This should be on your confirmation email received at the time of purchasing your insurance. If you’re still having trouble, just give us a call on 0330 102 5747 or chat to us online and we’ll be more than happy to help!

How much does it cost to change something on your policy?

Paws and Claws charge a fee of £10 to change any details on your policy. Please do note that any new requests will incur the same £10 fee. Any changes to your policy may also impact your policy premium and you may see a premium increase or reduction dependent on the change.

What if you don’t want to or can’t use the Online Portal?

This is absolutely fine, just give us a call on 0330 102 5747 and we can help you with anything to do with your policy.
